SUGINO to establish a Deburring Labo

Sugino Machine announced the establishment of a deburring research laboratory, “DbLS Deburring Labo at SUGINO,” within its Kakegawa Plant, to gather the accumulated deburring know-how that has been scattered throughout its various bases and departments into a single location. It is scheduled to open in the spring of 2023.

Recently, there has been a growing demand for automation of the deburring process in order to address labor shortages, improve productivity, and avoid unsafe operations. The company has decided to establish the laboratory to respond to those growing market needs. By gathering deburring technologies under one roof, Sugino aims to improve its technological capabilities and product proposals.
